HOUSE RULES

• Check-in: 4 PM 
• Check-out: 10 AM 
• Early Check in or Late Check out are available for a $25 charge pending availability
• Cancellation Policy: Full Refund if cancelled more then 30 days from your stay.  50% refund if cancelled more then a week but less then a month before your stay
• Maximum occupancy is set per room. Please consult the Accommodation details per room to find the Max Occupancy. There must be one adult 25 or above per reservation.
• No assigned parking and maximum of 1 car per reservation.
  
• Pet Policy: Guests can bring in a maximum of TWO pets per stay, and the regular size should be 40 pounds or smaller. Owners are responsible for picking up after the pets, and disposal of the waste, please be advised there will be a $25 charge if owner is caught not disposing of the waste. Please ensure that pets are in a crate if left unattended. There may be be additional charge if there's any pet related damages incurred during the stay.
